When i first installed windows 8 i saw that the windows border is very big than as usual.i was goggling and at last i found solution,Now i am sharing with you to decrease windows border and also title bar height.If you need it anytime just remember the technique.

Decrease window border by 'Tiny windows Border'

Download 'Tiny Windows Border' and Open it.

To download Tiny Windows Border Click here.
Extract the file and Click on 'Tiny Windows Border.exe'.

Configuration of Tiny Windows Border.

Set Border width value to '1'.
Set Border Padding value to '0' or as you want.
Click on apply button and see effect.
Remember that border width works when padding value at least '1'.

Decrease window title bar height

Go to 'Display' setting and change text size of title bar.

Right click on your desktop and click on 'Personalize' from the menu.
Then Click on 'Display' located at left down corner.
Set title bar text size '9' or less.
Click on apply button.
